If we have a girl we will name her Lydia Anne. Case closed.
If we have a boy... well... we don't quite know what we will name him.
Possibilities:
Benedict Mark
This is after the Holy Father and my grandpa, Benno. We would call him Ben, though I may also call him Benno. Problems with this name are the association with Mr. Arnold the traitor and the dict ending which has the potential from teasing.
Blaise Mark
This name comes from St. Blaise, the patron of throat maladies. We like it, but I fear it might be too trendy-seeming. Like naming your kid Jett or Apple. Will people buy him fire stuff? That would be annoying.

First of all, I love Lydia. Secondly, I vote for Blaise. I don't really know why, it stood out to me.
Wow, you are brave to put your name choices out there for scrutiny.
I also think Lydia is very pretty. Between the boys' names, I don't know. I think I prefer Benedict. I really like Benno. I like how it looks when written out... very round and happy. I also like that it's after your grandpa. And I like that it has more possibilities, more variations than Blaise. As he grows, he could choose to go by Ben, Benno, or Benedict.
I wouldn't worry too much about teasing. I think pretty much any name has potential for teasing, if the aggressor is creative enough. If a mean kid found out that Theo's name was Theodore, they could call him Theodork, you know? Also, since he probably won't be known as Benedict during his youth, kids will just think of him as Ben. I don't think that name is too taunt-worthy.
Just my two cents.
I think you should go with Benedicto..a little spanish twinge that is neither traitorous nor anatomical. Then you can still call him Benno.
