the perfect little onesie

Hey folks!

LB, Why wasn't this shirt in existence for when L,B, and J were born?  Such a shame!
My dear friend Laura - affectionately known as LB around these parts - has opened an Etsy shop called TheOnesie.   They. are. adorable!  Laura has been crafting and creating for a long time - her work is quality and fun.

If you're pregnant or you have a loved one with an upcoming shower check out her store.  And buy something, by golly!  You'll be glad you did.  :)

Gift

I made this box (with help from Crafty Katie) for a friend who is getting married in June. Inside are bunches of letters all grouped together by theme: vocation, motherhood, love, etc. They include quotes from Scripture, a handful of books and my own thoughts, plus some blank ones for her to record her own favorite quotes and memories. She liked it when she opened it, I hope she continues to like it as she reads through them.

I also made her a couple of CDs with songs like "Real Love" by Regina Spektor and "Question" by The Old 97's.

Lydia's Baptism

In the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

The Godparents
Gifts from the Grandmas.
The blanket was handmade by the Godmother. The cross came from the Godfather. The two pieces on the right were embroidered by my friend LB, the same who attended the birth.
This scrapbook was made by the Godmother.
She formatted everything - all we have to do is insert pictures.

At the end of the day, everyone was tired.
