Today there are a lot of people who are very sad here in central Illinois.
Today my friend Lisa and her family are moving back to Colorado.
Personally, my sadness is mixed with regret. Lisa lived 25 minutes away, which isn't very far really, and so I should have seen her more. My Lydia loves her Ellie and I love her sense of humor, devotion to Our Lady of Guadalupe, honesty, and homemade salsa.
Lisa, there is always text messages and Facebook, but they will not suffice I am sure. I will still miss you and the way you look at people with true compassion when they are sharing their pain and the way you look at me like I'm crazy and you're not sure what to do with me.
Lisa, Paul, E, M, and Q - the Engstroms will miss you A LOT. We wish you safe travels, fun adventures, financial security, good schools, a wonderful parish, lots of new friends, health, and all of God's blessings.
Love, Bonnie, Travis, L, B, J, and T

Boy did that song bring back memories i use to listen to it a lot when Jeff was out in Calif. for two years. I hope your friends do well in Colorado.
Thank you, Bonnie. We will miss you guys too.
And for the record, I never thought you were crazy.
And once we get a place to stay (once our house sells, please God, let it happen quickly!) you guys should take a vacation out here!
