James' brain

Today we saw the neurologist.  He was "very impressed" with what he saw in James.  Of course it helped that James smiled, cooed, giggled his way through the visit.  James' legs and reflexes were also impressive and the doctor feels that we are right to be hopeful that James will do all the things regular kids do - crawl, walk, run.

Tomorrow morning at 8:30 James will have another MRI.  Please pray for safety, since he will be given anesthesia.  Also, please pray that he will recover quickly from "being out."

And most importantly, pray that James' brain will be healed!

What a spectacular little man you have! Not that it means the same thing when I say it, but I have been very impressed with James since he was born. He has come so far!

Continue to believe in the power of prayer and miracles. They occur everyday and sometimes we just too blind to recognize them. Praying for you and your family daily. Karen

From Aunt Nita - I pray everyday for James and that he has the best life possible. I pray that the MRI will show that he will be able to do the things that he's supposed to do as he has been a miracle from the start. If his Grandma Fandel has anything to say about it he's already the cutest, smartest and handsomest little guy ever. She says how well he's doing and his smiling and cooing is definitely winning her over. If a Grandma says he's good then he's good! I will continue to pray that little James gets through this and all his tests come out great!
