BUT I never sleep well with her in bed. I never get the deep sleep so I never feel really rested.

I don't know how you did it!Bonniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01805401564651493025noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7763777887807344904.post-52645184183165334222008-10-06T22:30:00.000-05:002008-10-06T22:30:00.000-05:00In reference to this post and your previous post a...In reference to this post and your previous post about the Unwanted Family Bed.....Have you considered starting out the night with Lydia in bed with you, you being without your jammies or nightgown on, and letting her nurse as needed throughout the night while you're both lying in bed? Many a mom have found that this is a great way for mom and baby to both get sleep. Neither of them fully wakes when this is the scenario. Hannah and I did this (in secret, of course, as family would have freaked out if they had known!) in the beginning and it was such a huge relief just to get the rest I desperately needed. Family did find out later (dear hubby snitched) and I got lots of flack (sp?), but it was so worth it for the sleep I got. Just a thought.... - AudreyAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
